Update (8:30 pm): The issues behind today's faculty and staff login problems are resolved, pending a small number of Adobe users we are working to resolve tonight.

Current Status

• Gmail: Restored. Sign in with your usual college email address. The temporary @mail.maricopa.edu workaround is no longer needed.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Primarily resolved; access has been restored for most users. ITS continues to resolve issues affecting a small number of users.
• Webex: Restored. Sign in as you normally would.

If you still have trouble accessing Gmail, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Webex, contact District Information Technology Services at 480-731-8632 or helpdesk@domail.maricopa.edu, or your local help desk.

Faculty and staff at college campuses are experiencing login issues for Gmail, Adobe Creative Cloud, Webex and other services. The issue has been identified and remediation steps are being implemented.

In the meantime, affected faculty and staff can log in only to Gmail with their meid@ the following domains that correspond to their college:

• Chandler-Gilbert: MEID@cgcmail.maricopa.edu
• Estrella Mountain: MEID@emcmail.maricopa.edu
• GateWay: MEID@gwmail.maricopa.edu
• Glendale: MEID@gcmail.maricopa.edu
• Mesa: MEID@mcmail.maricopa.edu
• Paradise Valley: MEID@pvmail.maricopa.edu
• Phoenix College: MEID@pcmail.maricopa.edu
• Rio Salado: MEID@riomail.maricopa.edu
• Scottsdale: MEID@sccmail.maricopa.edu
• South Mountain: MEID@smcmail.maricopa.edu

Example: If your MEID is ABC1234567 and you are at GateWay, sign in as ABC1234567@gwmail.maricopa.edu.
