    Maricopa Help Desk Maricopa Helpdesk Slowness

    District ITS has been made aware of issues accessing the Maricopa Help Desk, powered by TeamDynamix. The vendor is aware of system slowness, as indicated on their status page. An estimated resolution time is unknown.

    Admissions Application Admissions Portal connectivity issues

    Technical teams are continuing to troubleshoot an intermittent issue with connectivity at the District Office. Access to the online Admissions Portal, Maricopa Ticketing System, VPN Services, and other network resources may currently be unavailable. We have engaged our vendor partners to resolve this issue. An update will be sent as more information becomes available.
