ITS is investigating an issue with the Respondus Monitor Lockdown Browser service which allows students to take a monitored test or exam. Students taking a monitored test or exam are unable to initiate a new session. Additionally students using Chromebooks may not be able to use the lockdown browser. Respondus is aware and working to resolve the issue.

Respondus reports the issues have been resolved and all systems should be operational. Please contact your local college helpdesk if you are continuing to experience any issues.
