Users are currently reporting issues accessing Canvas

  • Vendor confirms the issue is resolved.

  • The vendor has deployed a fix and service appears to be returning to normal. ITS teams are continuing to monitor.

  • The vendor has acknowledged they are aware that users may be encountering 500 errors or pages not loading. They are currently investigating the cause of the issue. There is no current estimated time to resolution.

    Unplanned Outage

    All issues are resolved, and all systems are back online.

    We experienced an unplanned outage when a piece of network equipment failed early this morning. District IT networking teams resolved the issue by 6:35AM but there may be some lingering impacts as systems catch back up.
