Network Cox Service Outage

Cox Communications is experiencing a service outage in the Phoenix and Tempe area. Cox is actively working towards a permanent resolution, but there is no estimated resolution time at this moment. Customers may experience network and VPN connectivity issues in the meantime.

ITS is working with Cox to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • District ITS technical teams have confirmed that Cox Communications has resolved the issue.

  • Student Information System (SIS) SIS Issue

    Technical teams are troubleshooting intermittent issues with staff-related transactions in SIS, including but not limited to scheduling, enrollment, degree progress report, and refunding. ETA is unknown.

    Thank you for your patience while troubleshooting and restoration continues.

  • The issue within SIS has been resolved. Technical teams have identified a network outage as being the cause of the recent SIS issue. If you have any questions or continue to experience issues, please contact your local help desk.
